SUPPORT GROUPS

The support groups at Aramesh Therapy Group offer a safe and confidential space for participants who are dealing with similar difficult circumstances to join together in providing mutual support. Our groups aim to empower participants towards improving their self-esteem, developing skills, fostering self compassion, and healing.

“ I felt very alone and ashamed about myself and my struggles. Every day I was told that I catastrophized everything and that I was weak and needy. The voices of others had become my own. I considered therapy but just couldn’t imagine talking to a stranger about personal matters. Support groups helped me realize I was not alone in my struggles. It was a place where I slowly learned to talk openly and honestly about myself without fear of judgement. Hearing others helped me gain the skills needed to cope with the struggles that I was faced with; it gave me the courage needed to slowly change my narrative.”
